Due to the nature of nicotine products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or removed from their original sealed packaging.

For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we cannot restock or resell any vape product once it has left our facility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so our team can review the issue.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Lost Angel x RNBW is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, your building/mailroom, or the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Age Verification Issues

If an order cannot be completed due to failed or incomplete age verification, it may be cancelled and refunded, minus any non-refundable processing or verification fees where applicable.
